I love this place. Nice varied lunch menu and staff are always really friendly. The service is prompt and the quality of the food is great.
Wonderful wee cafe with outdoor seating in the sun, a huge array of cakes, rapid table service, and brilliant customer service. Great breakfast/brunch on offer and very happy to alter existing dishes. Thanks to Jen for making our visit extra great.
Excellent Lunch. I’m not vegetarian but fancied the vegetarian option and not disappointed.
Popped in here today to see if they could do a take away coffee and I was blown away by the friendly welcome I was given. The atmosphere was lovely and I will definitely be going back to try the food sometime. The coffee was also exceptional .
Stopped in at Moyra Jane’s between local tree visits—what a gem. Light but still attentive, friendly service, and a breakfast that makes you slow down and take in the morning properly. The kippers and eggs were perfectly done, the coffee tasty and smooth, and a delicious scone because, why not?. Always a treat to find independent places that care about quality and detail. This is the kind of spot that makes a neighbourhood feel alive. Especially in a beautiful sunny morning.
I had a great lunch here with my elderly parents. The staff were welcoming, attentive and friendly and we were served quickly. The menu had a wide range of options for all appetites and dietary requirements. Our meals were generously portioned, fresh and tasty. The coffee was really good and the cakes were delicious - the lemon meringue pie was amazing! There was a lively vibe at the cafe, with a wide range of ages. I loved the interior design too. Our waiter told us that it used to be a bank. We'll be back!
What a lovely local spot for lunch. Being new to the area, we took a chance coming in here, for a bite to eat The bistro was already busy, but we were immediately shown to our table by the friendly gentleman on the door. The wait staff were attentive and efficient. We both had different soups, which were clearly homemade and really tasty. We will definitely be back.
I would give it 10 stars if I could! Though I understand that I just was lucky to catch this vibe of cozy, homie cafe, where everybody knows each other, chat, laugh, even staff and clients talk like friends. The food is great, prices are affordable. Now it will be one of my most favorite places in Glasgow. P.S.(for owners): To make the place even better, current tables and chairs could be replaced by more antique-like, though it's only my humble opinion.
